Ethel Amissah won the women's 400 meters race

Sprint princess Ethel Amissah perpetuated her promising career by winning the women’s 400m final at the Accra 2023 LOC National Athletics Invitational Championship in Cape Coast.

The powerful youngster recently competed in a track and field event in Nigeria and she translated the performance into the race as she emerged the winner.

She made a time of 54.887 seconds to finish ahead of Sandra Appiah who made a time of 55.423 seconds.

Rafiatu Nuhu came third as she recorded a time of 56.831 seconds.
