The Ghana Armed Forces’ Barnabas Dompey wowed spectators with his ghostly pace as he won the men’s 400m hurdle.
He made a time of 53.209 seconds to finish ahead of 6 other competitors.

Osborn Turkson from the Ashanti Region finished second with a time of 54.133 while Joshua Atitiba clocked 56.636 seconds.
The multidisciplinary events, which are currently underway at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium, will provide athletes the last opportunity to qualify for the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
